Right of Withdrawal for Consumers

A "consumer" is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), took possession of:

  • the goods, if you ordered one or more items in a single order delivered together;
  • the last item, if you ordered multiple items in a single order delivered separately;
  • the last partial delivery or piece, if the goods are delivered in multiple shipments or parts.

You may use the model withdrawal form below, though it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your notice before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than our standard, least expensive option). Reimbursement will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive your withdrawal notice. We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; you will not be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or until you have provided evidence of having returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day you notify us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period expires.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for:

  • goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised;
  • goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
  • alcoholic beverages whose price was agreed at the time of sale but which cannot be delivered within 30 days, and whose value depends on market fluctuations outside our control;
  • newspapers, periodicals, or magazines (except subscription contracts).

The right of withdrawal expires early for:

  • sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if the seal has been broken after delivery;
  • goods which, after delivery, have been inseparably mixed with other items;
  • sealed audio, video, or software recordings if the seal has been broken after delivery.
